Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Erie County Court, rendered August 27, 2020, on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Jane I. Yoon, Esq., of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before April 10, 2024, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
