Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Susan C. Ministero, Esq., of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the Erie County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide the Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
