Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Seneca County, entered September 11, 2023, and October 27, 2023, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal from the order of Family Court entered September 11, 2023 (CAF 23-02050), is dismissed on the ground that the order appealed from is not an order of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 365.1 [1]), and the application is dismissed with respect to that appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the application is otherwise granted, and Deborah Jessey, Esq., 9845 Main Street, PO Box 267, Clarence, New York 14031 is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child.
