Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered November 2, 2023,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the filing and service of a new motion, which includes, among other things, an affidavit that describes appellant's current living arrangements and the method by which the costs for food, clothing, shelter, and medical care are met for himself and the dependents in his household, and that sets forth the identity of those dependents.
