Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve his opening brief and to adjourn oral argument in this original CPLR article 78 proceeding,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file an opening brief is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn the proceeding from this Court's February 26, 2024 day calendar is granted, and the proceeding is added to the term of this Court commencing April 8, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the scheduling order be modified to require petitioner to file and serve his brief on or before February 1, 2024, and respondents to file and serve their briefs on or before March 4, 2024.
