Defendants-respondents Massage Envy Franchising, LLC and Massage Envy, LLC., having moved for an extension of time to file respondents' brief, and to adjourn oral argument, of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered January 31, 2023, from this Court's February 27, 2024 day calendar to the term of this Court commencing April 8, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted, and respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before March 11, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted, and oral argument is removed from this Court's February 27, 2024 day calendar and added to the term of this Court commencing April 8, 2024.
