An order having been entered January 16, 2024, granting appellant's motion for poor person relief and assignment of counsel, and assigning Elizabeth S. Fortino, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mental Hygiene Legal Service, dated January 17, 2024,
It is hereby ordered that Todd Monahan, Esq. 25 W. Main Street, P.O. Box 838, Little Falls, New York 13365 is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered October 27, 2023, in place of Elizabeth S. Fortino, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Clerk provide Todd Monahn with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal herein must be perfected by electronic filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245 and 22 NYCRR 1000.17, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and give hard copies and one digital copy of appellant's brief, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (a) (4), and
It is further ORDERED that the record and papers filed on this appeal are sealed, and
