In the Matter of Jennifer Meinsen, appellant,

v Brian Meinsen, respondent.

(Docket No. O-5013-2023)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Jennifer Meinsen from a purported order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 6, 2023. By order to show cause dated November 24, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 6, 2023, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., DOWLING, VOUTSINAS and LOVE, JJ., concur.
