It is Ordered that the motion of the appellant Sei Bryant seeking an order staying the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction pending the determination of his appeal is granted. The appellant shall perfect his appeal on or before the June 2024 term - the filing deadline for which is April 10, 2024. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before May 2, 2024. Reply briefs, it any, are to be filed by May 9, 2024.
In the event the appellant fails to comply with the foregoing schedule, the petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
