ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated January 10, 2024, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Cold Spring Realty Acquisition, LLC" and substituting therefor "Cold Spring Acquisition, LLC".
