DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated March 3, 2021. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, for leave to prosecute the appeal as poor persons and for the assignment of counsel, to accept a copy of the order as constituting the record on appeal, or in the alternative, in effect, to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied and the appeal is deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10 (a).
