Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 30, 2022. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 30, 2023, the branch of the motion by the respondent Douglas Elliman which was to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken was granted and the appeal was dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue her opposition to the branch of the motion which was to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
