DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Andrew H. Kulak, in effect, to accept his affidavit of compliance filed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.15 nunc pro tunc. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on January 14, 1980, under the name Andrew Harris Kulak. By opinion and order dated June 22, 2022, this Court suspended the respondent from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing July 22, 2022 (see Matter of Kulak, 206 AD3d 149).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the affidavit of compliance filed by Andrew H. Kulak, admitted as Andrew Harris Kulak, is accepted for filing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
