Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 24, 2020, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2020, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order issued ex parte. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal.
