DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 17, 2022. Motion by the appellants, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the plaintiffs Anthony Agresti, Barbara Agresti, Patricia Barnes, Gavin Burke, Timothy Callaghan, Judi Callaghan, John Cascione, Diane Cascione, John Delvecchio, Renate Delvecchio, Natalie DiCrescento, Steven Frost, Margaret Frost, Ellen Gabriel, Frederic Grau, Janet Grau, Cecilia Gravano, Steve Koundourakis, Johnna Koundourakis, Marc Levine, Randee Nadler, Robert Repetti, Leona Repetti, Charles San Filippo, Debora San Filippo, James Scuttina, and Marilyn Williams are the appealing parties, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
