Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 7, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated June 28, 2022, and to stay all proceedings to evict the appellant from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
