Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 19, 2021, and appeals from an order of the same court dated March 15, 2022. Joint motion by County of Nassau, Mario Mastropierro, and Christopher M. McCarthy to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross-appeal.
