DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 31, 2019. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated March 8, 2016, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment dated March 8, 2016, is denied as academic.
