It is hereby ORDERED that Randall Carmel, Esq., PO Box 500, Jericho, New York 11753, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered June 28, 2023, in place and stead of Sarah Holt, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Randall Carmel, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
