| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Gregg X. Fonti for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Fonti was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 24, 1978. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 4, 2020, Fonti was suspended for a period of two years, effective April 6, 2020 (see Matter of Fonti, 183 AD3d 17).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Gregg X. Fonti's character and fitness to practice law.
