| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Stephanie S. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 17, 2023, and October 4, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the orders and to release the subject child to the care and custody of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay enforcement of the orders and to release the subject child to the care and custody of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals are consolidated.
