ORDERED that the decision, order and certificate granting leave to appeal on application of this Court dated February 10, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 14, 2020, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "dated" and substituting therefor the word "entered," and
by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the word "dated" and substituting therefor the word "entered."
