Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 21, 2020, and April 15, 2021, respectively. Motion by Ronald Kirzner and Nassau Anesthesia Associates, P.C., to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated August 21, 2020. Motion by NYU Winthrop Hospital and Winthrop-University Hospital, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated April 15, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Ronald Kirzner and Nassau Anesthesia Associates, P.C., and the papers filed in opposition thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by NYU Winthrop Hospital and Winthrop-University Hospital and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
