An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered September 20, 2022, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Susan Gray, Esq., 112 Park Avenue, Canandaigua, New York 14424, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A), and

It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 15, 2024, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
