DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 21, 2022. Cross motion by respondent to vacate a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated March 23, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 19, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by April 19, 2024, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal or vacate the stay, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal or vacate the stay, and may serve such application upon the appellant in person; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
