Motion by the plaintiff to vacate an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 12, 2023, or in the alternative, inter alia, to modify the temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that no notice of appeal was filed by the plaintiff and leave to appeal has not been sought (see CPLR 5515[1]).
