Application by Simon Shamilzadeh, as executor of the estate of Ely Samuels, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Ely Samuels, and to amend the captions accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Simon Shamilzadeh, as executor of the estate of Ely Samuels, is substituted for the deceased appellant Ely Samuels, and the captions are amended accordingly.
