In the appeals taken under CA 23-00451 and CA 23-01367, petitioners-appellants having appealed from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered February 21, 2023 and April 28, 2023, and respondent-respondent Consumers Beverages, Inc., having moved for an extension of time to file its answering brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and Consumers Beverages, Inc., shall serve and file an answering brief in the form at Doc# 37 in the appeal taken under CA 23-00451 on or before February 14, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that all briefs in reply to Consumers Beverages, Inc' brief shall be served and filed on or before February 16, 2024.
