| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION . |
Appeals from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 7, 2023. Motion by the appellant Martha A. for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision and order and to stay enforcement of the decision and order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision and order is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the decision and order is granted and enforcement of the decision and order is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeal by Martha A. is perfected on or before March 18, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal by Martha A. is not perfected on or before March 18, 2024, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
