Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 3, 2015, which was dismissed in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to pay the motion filing fee (see CPLR 8022[b]).
