Appeal and cross-appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 3, 2023. Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Jones & Associates Realty Corp. v Doe, pending in the District Court, Nassau County, First District, under Index No. LT-002310-23. Separate motion by the appellant-respondent for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and cross-appeals.
