Sanctuary for Families having moved for an extension of time to file an amicus brief and petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file her reply brief, on the proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered September 14, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion of Sanctuary for Families is granted, on the condition that the amicus brief is filed and served on or before February 21, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the petitioner's motion is granted, on the condition that she serve and file her reply brief on or before February 21, 2024.
