| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 4, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, to continue the release of the subject child to the care and custody of the non-respondent mother with court-ordered supervision, in effect, to continue certain orders of protection of the same court, and to limit the respondent to agency-supervised visitation with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, the release of the subject child to the care and custody of the non-respondent mother under supervision ordered by the Family Court, Kings County is continued, the temporary order of protection dated October 26, 2022, is continued, and the respondent's contact with the subject child shall be limited to agency-supervised visitation only, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
