| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal and cross-appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 11, 2022. Motion by the appellants-respondents, inter alia, to direct the respondents-appellants to pay their one-half share of the cost of the joint record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before April 1, 2024, the respondents-appellants shall pay their one-half share of the cost of the joint record, as reflected in the invoice annexed to the motion as Exhibit M (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][ii]), to the appellants-respondents, and file proof of payment with the Acting Clerk of this Court via e-mail to [email protected], and the motion is otherwise denied.
