Appeal by Clamar G. and Iysis G., and separate appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 25, 2023. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Bruce D. Katz, dated February 21, 2024, it is
