Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated May 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant-respondent, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as imposed a restraining order on the decedent's retirement fund proceeds and/or death benefits. Separate motion by the appellant-respondent, in effect, to enlarge the record to include certain material.
