Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 8, 2021, and August 30, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 3, 2024, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing all documents referenced by NYSCEF document number in the affidavits and affirmations filed in connection with the motions that were determined by the orders dated April 8, 2021, and August 30, 2021, which are not already contained in the record on appeal, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
