ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 26, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 14, 2018, and December 18, 2019, respectively, is amended by deleting from the last paragraph thereof the words "relived" and substituting therefor the words "relieved."
