On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2023, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
