On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 18, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 4, 2020, is amended by deleting from second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
