Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 4, 2020. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her opposition to the respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 18, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
