Petitioner having moved to dismiss Rochester City School District's cross-appeal in the appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered October 23, 2023, and Rochester City School District having cross-moved for an extension of time to file a brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the petitioner's motion to dismiss the cross-appeal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that Rochester City School District's cross-motion for an extension of time to file a brief is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall file and serve a brief and record on appeal, in accordance with this Court's rules, on or before March 21, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that Rochester City School District's brief shall be filed and served, in accordance with this Court's rules, on or before April 22, 2024.
