Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered October 20, 2023, and December 18, 2023, and an application having been made by John Porter, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered October 20, 2023 (CAF 24-00184), is dismissed(see Matter of Mea V. (Brandon V.), 210 AD3d 1408, 1408 [4th Dept 2022]), and the application is dismissed with respect to that appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the application is granted with respect to the appeal from the order entered December 18, 2023 (CAF 24-00185), and

It is further ORDERED that Marybeth Barnet, Esq., 1445 Upper Hill Road, Middlesex, New York 14507, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A).
