Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief and to adjourn oral argument of the proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Wyoming County, entered August 30, 2022,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted, on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 8, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's brief must be filed and served on or before May 8, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn the term date is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from this Court's April 11, 2024 day calendar and is added to the term of this Court commencing June 17, 2024.
