Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wayne County, dated November 13, 2023,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the assignment of counsel is denied (see Family Court Act §§ 262, 1120 [a]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person with respect to the appeal taken from the order issued under Family Court docket no. V-00977-22 (CAF 23-02062) is denied on the ground that the facts set forth by petitioner-appellant fail to demonstrate merit to the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4 [d] [2] [i]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person with respect to the appeal taken from the order issued under Family Court docket no. V-00977-22/22A (CAF 23-02063) is granted, and the Wayne County Family Court Clerk is directed to provide petitioner-appellant with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
