Motion by Marine Terrace Preservation L.P., inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 24, 2023, which determined an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated May 26, 2022, and a judgment of that court entered May 31, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
