| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2020. Motion by the appellants to substitute George Petrosian, as the administrator of the estate of Nadejda Petrosian, for the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Nadejda Petrosian.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, George Petrosian, as the administrator of the estate of Nadejda Petrosian, is substituted for the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian is vacated.
