Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 28, 2019, and four orders of the same court, two entered April 10, 2018, and two dated September 8, 2022, and January 28, 2019, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, to stay the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to continue the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
