Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County, entered June 27, 2023, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 20, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks corrective relief as to the notice of appeal is granted and the notice of appeal is hereby deemed valid.
