Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed in the Wayne County Clerk's Office on December 21, 2023, which inaccurately lists the judgment rendered date as October 31, 2023, shall be treated as valid as to the judgment rendered December 21, 2023, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as unnecessary.
